  I recently stopped by here because I was craving for some ice cream and I couldn't help but to notice the glowing Yelp reviews. I came here at 6 PM on a weekday and I was the only customer. There's no minimum transaction in order to use credit cards and they also serve Intelligentsia coffee. The staff was very friendly and I really like smooth jazz/blue background music.

  Pear Lavender (organic ice cream base, small for $5): The staff asked whether I want complimentary whipped cream and I just said yes. Ice cream had amazing firm and creamy texture! Ice cream also had a good flavor and overall it was one of the better liquid nitrogen ice cream I have had!

  The location is a bit off the way for me, but two big thumbs up for their ice cream!

  Came in for frozen treats and something sweet.
  We were so pleasantly surprised when we came in. Its very clean and open and airy.
  Staff is so friendly and attentive. We had the salted. Carmel with fruity pebbles and rainbow sprinkles and the matcha green tea with mint.
  
  The best part is the owner coming out to prep and put on a show! He's awesome! Just genuinely nice man.
  Place is clean, prices are fair, you'll get a show while you wait.
  
  Will for sure come back!

  Came here for dessert after a late lunch on Sunday and it was pretty empty. They have a pretty big ice cream menu but everything is made to-order so no sampling.
  
  We ordered matcha ice cream with oreos, coffee ice cream, and cookies and cream ice cream. I also got an almond milk tea with boba.
  
  The matcha ice cream with oreos was my favorite - it had a good matcha flavor (could have used more, but still good), and they blended the oreos in the ice cream a little so some bits were coated and not just sitting on top. In addition, they also gave 2 oreos with the scoop. The texture was nice and creamy - as expected for a nitrogen ice cream.
  
  The coffee was even creamier, I think because it didn't have any toppings blended in it. The taste was lacking, however. Didn't really taste like coffee, the flavor was mostly present in the aftertaste and even then it was more of a sweet cream/very milky coffee flavor.
  
  The cookies and cream ice cream was pretty standard. You can't go wrong with oreos in your ice cream.
  
  The almond milk tea was way too sweet (and I like sweet things.) I couldn't even taste the tea in it and some of the boba was hard and undercooked.
  
  Overall, I'd come back but only for the ice cream - stay away from their milk teas.

  Please do yourself a favor and visit this jewel in La Mirada!
  The owner is very friendly and their workers are great!
  We orders the Italian egg nog ice cream and an iced coffee--both great!
  
  Plenty of seating, plenty of plugs and student friendly.
  Family friendly
  
  There's only one restroom--spacious and well kept.
  
  Lots of parking!
